- How do I order online?
We make ordering simple. Once your membership application has been processed, you will received an
email containing your sign in information (email and password) for the NATIONAL PLATINUM site. Simply
enter your sign in information and follow the instruction of our easy to use shopping site
- What are acceptable payment methods?
All orders must be by paid by paypal, credit card, certified check or money order.

- What is the cost of shipping?
All orders are shipped by way of UPS Ground. The cost of shipping is listed in the chart below. The down payment amount for
each product and total shipping charges must be paid in full before the order will be shipped.

- ENROLLMENT CANCELLATION:
When you enroll, you are immediately sent an email confirming your enrollment and
restating the fact that there will be a debit for the enrollment fee to your bank
account using the information that you submitted and authorized. You may cancel your
enrollment within sixty (60) days from the date displayed on your enrollment
confirmation e-mail (“Rescission Period”) by calling us at 800-972-8094 between
the hours of 9 A.M. and 5 P.M. (EST) Monday through Friday. We are closed on all
banking holidays. If you cancel during the Rescission Period, your enrollment will
be cancelled and you will either not be charged the enrollment fee or, if you were
already charged the enrollment fee, that amount will be fully refunded. Further, you
will be refunded any and all monthly maintenance fees charged to you during the
Rescission period. After the Rescission Period has expired, you may cancel your
membership at any time and not incur any future charges. However, other than as set
forth below with respect to the Monthly Maintenance Fee Refund Policy, any fees
previously paid up to the date of cancellation or termination of your membership
will not be refunded and you will remain liable for any and all unpaid charges
already billed by NATIONAL PLATINUM™.

MONTHLY MAINTENANCE FEE REFUND POLICY: IMPORTANT!
PLEASE READ!After the Rescission Period has expired, you may cancel your membership
at any time and you will: (a) not incur future charges; and (b) receive a refund for
the monthly maintenance fee charged to you for the month in which you cancel your
membership, if you have already been charged a monthly maintenance fee for that month.
However, other than as set forth in this section, and with respect to the Enrollment Fee
Refund Policy set forth above, any fees previously paid up to the date of cancellation or
termination of your membership will not be refunded and you will remain liable for any and
all unpaid charges already billed by NATIONAL PLATINUM™.

All merchandise offered by NATIONAL PLATINUM carries a 100% full replacement warranty.
No cash refunds on merchandise purchases will be given. However, a credit to your
account of the amount of the purchase will be given in the event that there is no
available replacement product or the member does not wish to receive replacement product.
