Ordering:
- How do I order online?
We make ordering simple. Once your membership application has been processed, you will received an
email containing your sign in information (email and password) for the National Platinum site. Simply
enter your sign in information and follow the instruction of our easy to use shopping site
- What are acceptable payment methods?
All orders must be by paid by paypal, credit card, certified check or money order.

- What is the cost of shipping?
All orders are shipped by way of UPS Ground. The cost of shipping is listed in the chart below.
The downpayment amount for each product and total shipping charges must be paid in full before
the order will be shipped.

- ENROLLMENT CANCELLATION:
If you wish to cancel your membership, you must notify us in writing. The letter
of cancellation must be received in our offices at 5401-A South Blvd. Box 161
Charlotte, N.C. 28217-2741. The letter must be signed by the account holder.
E-mails, telephone calls, or facsimiles will not be considered valid.
Company Policies:
- Return and Refund Policy.
All merchandise offered by National Platinum carries a 100% full replacement warranty.
No cash refunds on merchandise purchases will be given. However, a credit to your
account of the amount of the purchase will be given in the event that there is no
available replacement product or the member does not wish to receive replacement product.
